- Renters must be 25 years of age or older. Wire transfers are not permitted - Cats are not permitted - No parties allowed - Quiet hours between 11PM and 8AM EST/EDT - Only those guests confirmed on your booking reservation are allowed on the property as well as access to shared amenities - A maximum of 4 vehicles are permitted in the designated parking space on the property - Parking on the side of the road is strictly prohibited. Any vehicle parked on the road will be towed at the vehicle owner's expense - No Smoking/Vaping inside the house. Smoking is permitted outside in the designated smoking area - Home is on septic, so we ask that only toilet paper be disposed of in toilets - Report any damage immediately to host
